Great set of videos for stretching your muscles for splits

I wanted a nice stretch so that I’d be nice and limber for my aerial silks performance tonight! I am excited and nervous.

This set of videos adds up to about 20 minutes of length. He only shows one side so you will need to make sure you do both sides on your own. The instructor does a great job of describing and having the dancer show both examples and non-examples of proper stretch technique.
